Lock out moisture! The door just isn't finished until you apply a corner pad seal! These corner pads seal the door's weatherstripping, preventing water from percolating up and over the threshold. Typical door units have a gop between the front of the threshold, weatherstrip, door, frame, and sill. To prevent water infiltration at the corner of a door unit, a corner pad may be placed to seal this gap.
