MERCHANDISE RETURNS
We’re easy to do business with! Please call us before returning merchandise. We will only accept electrical parts in the original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled. We’ll email a RA# to be included in your return package. Please print your RA# clearly on the outside of your box. Special order items cannot be returned and items returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
SHIPPING
Norfield has two distribution locations, Chico, CA and Garner, NC. Norfield will ship your product from the closest distribution point in terms of days of delivery, provided the inventory is available. Freight charges include a handling change. Residential fees apply to businesses operating out of any home without a public entrance, a residential fee will apply.
