Businesses

Distinct business arms under one parent-company structure.

Derutive Group separates consulting, private capital, property development, and institutional education so each activity has a clear mandate and governance boundary.

Derutive Insights

Consulting and operating intelligence.

Mandate. Derutive Insights focuses on advisory, consulting, business systems, governance, operating intelligence, and capital strategy.

Role. It helps business owners make their companies more structured, more legible, and more disciplined before growth, funding, or expansion conversations are pursued.

Boundary. Derutive Insights does not handle capital deployment.

Derutive Capital

Private capital and mandates.

Mandate. Derutive Capital focuses on capital raising, investor relations, deal structuring, investment mandates, private capital, and capital deployment.

Role. It exists for capital-related conversations that require trust, confidentiality, mandate clarity, and counterparty discipline.

Boundary. It is separated from Derutive Insights because capital activity carries a different responsibility from advisory work.

Derutive Land

Property and real assets.

Mandate. Derutive Land focuses on land acquisition, residential cluster development, and real asset development.

Role. It gives the group a real-asset development arm where value is built through location discipline, planning, governance, and patient execution.

Boundary. Project Poris is presented only as a development initiative, not as a delivered or finished asset.

YPI Al-Zayn

Institutional education foundation.

Mandate. YPI Al-Zayn is an institutional education foundation connected to long-term education development.

Role. It represents the group's foundation-led education commitment, separate from commercial business activity.

Boundary. Any school, masjid, Qur'an institute, or language institute is treated as a planned initiative unless formally stated otherwise.

Why the separation matters.

A serious group cannot mix advisory, capital deployment, property development, and education under one vague label. Each arm needs its own operating logic, responsibility boundary, and counterparty expectations.

The parent company provides continuity across the arms while allowing each business to remain clear about what it does, what it does not do, and which conversations belong inside its mandate.
